Has anyone tried wild-harvested herbs versus organ

That's a really interesting question about the difference between wild-harvested and organic herbs! For what it's worth, I recently came across a website that sells both. I have not ordered from there yet, but it is interesting that they sell both organic and wild-harvested herbs: https://www.backtoyourrootsherbs.com/. It seems that they take pride in the harvesting location. Plus, Back To Your Roots Herbs says they are dedicated to providing wild-harvested and organic herbs, roots, and rhizomes. It's something to think about when selecting herbs.
