An anime themed multi-purpose bot (gee, what a surprise!), representing Noire from HyperDimension Neptunia. It comes with a bunch of commands listed under 4 categories, those being:

Useful commands (,help use), Fun commands (,help fun), NSFW commands (which only work in NSFW channels, of course) (,help nsfw), Music commands (,help music).

The bot is still in development as it isn't at it's absolute peak, but I'm working on making it better each day to get closer to that absolute peak. The reason why I'm releasing it now is to make it better with the suggestions and the support of other people to make it that much better.
